From Points South
From 93 North, take Exit 20 for I-90 W toward Worcester. Follow signs for Chinatown/S Station. Stay left and continue toward Lincoln Street. Take a slight left at Lincoln Street. (signs for I-93 N). Turn right at Summer Street. Take a left onto High Street. Turn left onto Federal Street.  (Note that High Street and Federal Street are one-way). From Points North
From I-93 South, take Exit 20 B-A toward Purchase Street/Surface Road/Surface Artery Street Take exit 20-A toward Purchase St./Surface Rd/Surface Artery S. Turn left at Purchase St./Surface Rd/Surface Artery S. Turn right at Summer Street. Turn right at High Street. Turn left at Federal Street. (Note that High Street and Federal Street are one-way). From Points West/Mass Pike (Interstate 90)
Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike (90 East) into Boston. Take Exit 24 A-B-C on the left for I-93 North toward Concord, New Hampshire. Take Exit 24A toward Atlantic Ave/Surface Artery N. Stay left at the fork to continue toward Atlantic Ave/Surface Artery N and merge onto Atlantic Ave/Surface Artery N. Turn left onto Summer Street.  Turn right at High Street. Turn left at Federal Street. The Garage at the 150 Federal entrance is on the right. Click here for what to do once you get to the garage.

From Logan Airport via Ted Williams Tunnel
Exit Logan Airport and follow signs to the Ted Williams Tunnel. Take Exit 25-24 to I-93 North to Exit 25 toward S. Boston. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for D Street. Turn right at Congress Street. Turn right at D Street. Turn right at Summer Street. Turn right at High Street. Turn left at Federal Street. The Garage at the 150 Federal entrance is on the right.

After parking, take the elevator to street level. Take a left out of the garage, and walk to the intersection of Federal Street and High Street. Cross High Street and continue straight onto the sidewalk (it appears as though Federal Street has abruptly ended). You will pass Peet's Coffee & Tea and Copley Flair on your left. The entrance to 176 Federal Street is just after Copley Flair on the left (please note the large brass emblem inlaid into the sidewalk just outside the door). Upon entering, continue through the atrium into the lobby and take the elevators to the third Floor. Upon exiting the elevator, turn right. You will see Capital Navigation Group at the end of the hall.
